EATZ cooking school

Has anyone taken a class at EATZ cooking school? I'm looking for a good class or classes for my bf for Christmas. I've read too many mixed reviews about other schools to trust them (the Culver City school seems very mixed, Hipcooks is probably too casual for him).

I'd love any recommendations. He cooks a lot, but I think would benefit from a class that focuses on technique (knife skills or various methods of cooking fish, meat, etc).
