Recommendations for Charleston, SC

Hi!
I am taking my husband to Charleston for the weekend over his birthday. I really want to take him out to a nice dinner - but, he DOES NOT EAT SEAFOOD. I think he gets sick of the same old steak, chicken, and pork dinners when we go out to nice places. Does anyone have any recommendations for a great place with southern cuisine? I saw that Anson has an interesting menu - can anyone comment on the food? Also, any lunch recommendations would be great. Thinking of taking him to Poes (we have been there before).

SNOB, Cru Cafe, Hominy Grill for dinner... Jestine's for lunch.
