Singapore style chilli crab in Calgary

Has anyone run across Singapore style chilli crab in Calgary?

My parents spent several years in that part of the world and are craving chilli crab. Short of flying to Singapore, anyone know of a place that serves it?

If Prima Taste sells that mix in Canada, you might be able to find it at T&T. I've seen a few Prima Taste mixes there.

I tried the T&T at Harvest Hills last night. They had an empty display box of Chilli Crab mix. At least I know they sometimes have it! I'm going to try one of the other T&T stores today. Thanks for the tip!

I know my Singapore Chilli Crab and you can't really get it in Calgary anywhere...except when my mum cooks it!

The closest place is probably Tropika in Edmonton. They can prepare Singapore style Chili Crab.

Unforturnately, no, she doesn't know how to make roti pratha. You can buy them frozen at T&T Supermarket. Look for the dim sum section and you should be able to find them there.

Not sure about the crab, but your parents should know that they can get a decent Hainanese chicken rice at Calgary Court in Chinatown.

Chili crab is, if I'm not mistaken, called "Cantonese crab" at some restos, so maybe you could look for that. That said, there is next to zero Malaysian/Singaporean places in Calgary. They might try Vancouver.
