What is the best place in the country to buy live lobster from?

IN LA - any decent store or chinese market has maine lobsters.

BUT
tehre's a guy at eh santa monica farmers market on wednesdays who has AMAZING looking spiny lobster - pacific lobster. spry and beautiful.they'renot maine lobsters - they're langoustes, but if you like tail meat they're the way to go and they're local so you support a local fisherman and thinkof all the carbon you're saving maybe kinda.
