Homemade Spinach Lasagne/magazine lost recipe
I found a recipe several years ago, before I moved and haven't been able to find it since.
It was a recipe for homemade spinach lasagne noodles, layered with a bolognese sauce
that was not too tomato-y, bechamel sauce, and ricotta. It was in a magazine and the
headline on cover read something like: "The Best Lasagne Ever", or "Best Lasagne in the
World". I thought it was a Gourmet issue, but haven't found it on Epicurious. It could have been from Saveur, def. not Bon Appetit though. Is anyone familiar with this recipe?? I think
it appeared in a 2004-2006 issue. Help!!!! The recipe was absolutely divine.
This recipe for Lasagne Verdi al Forno appeared in Saveur Magazine in 2001. On the cover of the magazine (Issue 53), it says, "How to Make Real Lasagne" (but the feature article is about New Mexican cuisine). Is this the recipe your looking for?

I've called Gourmet mag.-I've done hours of online searches, and I can't believe you came
up with this in no time at all. Have you made this recipe?? To me, I think it is the finest
tasting lasagne recipe I have ever had. What do you think?
