Any good cheap road stops San luis Obispo to PHX?

Hi All-
We are making to long drive SLO to PHX to see family next week, anyone have any yummy right-off-the-freeway suggestions to break up the drive? We are going 101 south to 405 to I-10.

Carnival is on Woodman, two and a half blocks south of the Ventura (101 ) freeway. It's a lebanese restaurant.

i would heartily suggest that unless you're getting off in downtown la for some reason that you stay on the 101, and take the 134 to the 210 to the 10. traffic wil be lighter. there's a car pool lane for much of the drive and you avoid downtown. AND
you can try din tai fung in arcadia - right off the fwy, and ther'es porto's bakery in glendale, a few blocks off the fwy, (full snax not just baked goods) and for a little more adventure (thse are all pretty reaonsable places, price wise) - glendora contintental about 1/2 mile off the 210 - basque place.

Fab Hot Dogs is right off the 101 at Tampa in Reseda. Really really good hot dogs. They were just featured on Diners,Drive ins and Dives on the Food Network.
