HTCAW/Really loud techno?

Does HTCAW always play really loud techno/dance music?

We were there last weekend, and the food was good, especially the califlower soup, but the music was so loud and obnoxious that I doubt I'll go back.

    It's been a while since I've been in but I've never noticed the music before.
