Christmas Dinner HELP!

We'll be coming up from Seattle to spend Christmas in Vancouver and will be staying at a downtown hotel. Any suggestions for a wonderful Christmas dinner would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking that we'd have to stick to hotel dining rooms, as they are probably the only restaurants that would be open.

HELP!

Yew Restaurant and Bar (contemporary)in the Four Seasons OR
Bacchus (beautiful restaurant-fire, cozy, would be perfect for something like this) at the Wedgewood Hotel would be my top choices for a Christmas Dinner.....

Phone the bigger Chinese restaurants too: close to downtown or right downtown are: Sun Sui Wah and Kirin (2 locations).

Dowtown Kirin is closed til late January for renos but Kirin at City Square is open again, don't know if they are for Xmas dinner but you could call.

Here are a couple of hotel dining suggestions I would go to if I was having my Xmas dinner out:

The William Tell restaurant does a Christmas Eve/Day menu:
