Hawaiian Shrimp Truck

Since Uncle Moki's has closed, anyone know where I can get the Hawaiian Shrimp Truck type of shrimp?

I have never had authentic shrimp from a truck in Hawaii and I never made it to Moki's before it closed, but I really like the shrimp scampi served at the Chef on Wheels truck that parks in Santa Monica on Stewart every day. They have two different kinds, one is in a sweet, creamy sauce, the other is seasoned with garlic and other stuff. The also have shrimp with ketchup (is this a thing?), shrimp with soy sauce and one other shrimp dish I can't recall. They also serve loco moco which I haven't tried, as well as some other Hawaiian themed foods. Their other specialty is BBQ.
