I think the closest you're going to get is on Sheppard, just east of Brimley (south side) at Joey Bravo's. The pastas are very good. If you want to save a bit on the prices, make sure to ask for a small size. They usually default to the large if you don't specify.
If you're willing to travel a bit, try Mandalay on Lawrence, just west of Markham (north side). Their prices have gotten a bit high in the last few years, but the quality is still there. Service can be very slow at lunch time, so if you're a group or 6 or more, you can phone in your order ahead of time. I really like their seafood pad thai.
