Peninsula v. Four Seasons for Afternoon Tea?

I have benn yo The Peninsula for afternoon tea quite a few times, but never the four seasons. Has anyone been to both? I want to compare the tea/sandwiches, ambience/holiday decor, location in hotel, and presence of carolers? Thank you!
