Alibi Room 100th Tap Turnover Celebration - December 3rd - YVR

Hey Vancouver CHers,
I thought I'd pass on news of this very exciting event that's happening Thursday evening starting at 5 PM. The Alibi Room has gone through 100 beer lists and that's a cause for celebratory drinking. They will be releasing everything that they've been cellaring (bottled aged for 18 months) and will have a rather astounding selection of rare beers on tap (wet hop ales, imperials, etc...)
If you like beer, you really shouldn't miss this.
No reservations taken, so it's going to be a free for all. Hope to see some of you guys there!
For those who don't know, Alibi is on the NW corner of Main and Alexander on the eastern edge of Gastown.
Mmmm beer. Little disappointed that Dix is charging admission though. You get about a pint of beer and a tasting glass... but still.
Here are some more details from this week's CAMRA newsletter regarding the Alibi event:
"Highlights include a cask of Driftwood's wet-hopped Sartori Harvest IPA, the last of Swan's Legacy-Ale barleywine, and Steamworks' Blitzen & Yaletown's Le Nez Rouge Belgian-style tripels."
Really excited for the Sartori Harvest.
