30th Anniversary Dinner Party

I am hosting a 30th Anniversary Dinner Party for my Parents. I need suggestions on LA/LB Resturants with atmosphere. I would like to spend $30-$35 a person and would like a venue that has music (however it is not a must). It is for a Saturday night and I would have 30-40 guests. Any Recomendations?

I Prefer Marina Del Rey or West LA

is $35 a head including, food, alcohol, tax and tip?

I don't believe either of these have music, but the food and budget should work. Campagnola on Westwood Blvd. and Cafe Bizou. I've thrown a shower at Cafe Bizou, and it was wonderful.
