Help - anyone know the name of this "Mystery" restaurant??

There is a restaurant that has no name or sign....and from what I can tell, not even an address.

It is on East 7th street just off of 1st Avenue (on the South side of the street).

You go downstairs and there are about 10 or so tables.

I went when they were closed, so I could not go in and ask. :-)

I'd love to know the name of this restaurant.

Definitely Kyo Ya. One of the best Japanese Restuarants in NYC.
