HOT Mexican Food between coliseum and OC

We have friends coming in from the east coast next weekend and they have asked for HOT Mexican food somewhere between the coliseum and OC. Odd area, I know. Any recommendations?

Burger Boy, on my way to and from the desert I sometimes stop at the Gallo Giro ( www.gallogiro.com ) in Fontana -- a mere block north of the 10 -- because the food is more than decent, some of the aguas frescas are very good, they have a bakery, and they're open 24 hours. But I don't think of the food as all-caps HOT, although the salsa bar has the usual pickled chilis and one very hot sauce. Have I missed some really spicy dishes?

Duh, I some how missed the HOT part. Had it said SPICY, I might have gotten it.

Definitely try the cochinita pibil at Chicen Itza with their roasted habanero chili kut.
