Good Thai or Mexican in Lakewood, Bellflower, Long Beach area ?

Hi CH's. Looking for a very good Thai or Mexican restaurant inLakewood, Bellflower/Long Beach areas. We've been to Enriques and, well let's just say I'l like somewhere other than.
I'm not real familiar with the areas and would appreciate any recs. Thank you.

I agree with you on Cancoon. It is very good and authentic. It is not your typical Thai-American Food.

The best Thai restaurant in Long Beach, I would say Sri Maya on PCH. They got a very good review from Yelp (4 star out of 5).

Fore Mexican Restaurant I would recommend Patricia on Atlantic. They have very good taco. The price is very reasonable. The portion is HUGE. This one also get 4 star out of 5 on yelp. You will not disappointed.

Is Renu Nakorn in Norwalk too far to consider? I love their food, and don't make it out too often, but like Jitlada, it is a destination Thai restaurant for me.

Long Beach Thai Restaurant on E. Anaheim St. It's inside this small strip mall besides mcdonald's and ralph's. It's very good.
