Vegetarian Tasting Menus in Vegas - want 2009/2010 information
I searched the board for this topic and could only find 2007 information that I am not sure is valid any longer (ex. Tableau at Wynn was mentioned as having a veggie tasting menu, but now they look to only do breakfast and lunch?).
Does anyone have any current suggestions for a vegetarian tasting menus? Wine pairings would be great, but not a requirement.
And even places that are good, but not fabulous would be appreciated as a place to start looking.

If the focus is on vegetarian "tasting menus", and not just vegetarian cuisine (it would make sense - with tasting menus being put together with a specific progression in mind), you can find them at Michael Mina (noted above) and Fleur de Lys (Mandalay Bay) on the strip, and Origin India, a couple of blocks off of the strip on Paradise. Many of the major strip restaurants will prepare one on request with a little advance notice, Bradley Ogden (Caesars Palace) in particular.

We just got back from Wynn staying at the Tower Suites so we walked past Tableau to/from the elevators. They don't seem to serve dinner anymore.
Haven't tried it, but I did notice that Michael Mina in the Bellagio has a veg tasting menu. I will say their meaty tasting menu is quite good.
