Jfood has an Incredible Pasta Dish at Sole (New Canaan)
Just a quick note. The jfoods ate at Sole last night and jfood ordered one of the best pasta dishes he has eaten in his life. It is on the menu as:
"Fresh cicatelli pasta, braised duck, root vegetables, prosciutto and tomato"
Jfood was a little nervous that the root vegetables would be large chunks, but they were a dice small dice. Tons of duck meat and incredible flavors.
If you are in Sole jfood recommends this 10+ dish.
