House-made vs. Home-made in NYC
I am looking for good restaurants or groups in NYC that feature house-made dishes. The distinction being that home-made is over-used and applies to just about everything. House-made means food that is really made in-house with fresh, local ingredients.
I am especially interested in house-made cheeses and breads. I am a home cheesemaker in NYC and am always interested in meeting other folks and restauranteurs who are doing things the good ol' fashioned way.
