Paris, Monday Layover lunch

I have a long layover in Paris (arrive 8 am, flight out @ 7pm) on a Monday in January. Sadly, some of my choices for a good lunch are closed on Mondays (Biche au Bois, Au Lyonnais, Petit Marguery). Any ideas? I'm looking for a good meal (1 star max), trad or non trad food ok by me, been thinking about Lao Lane (toasted rice sald just sends me) so you can see I'm all over the map. Any word on Pomze or Charlot these days? Thanks!

Whoops, better change my data base; how things change, even Pudlo and Le Fooding have it closed Tuesday.

I recently put together a list of Monday openings based on Board suggestions. The following are open for lunch on Monday:

      Maceo
      Les Cocottes (12-2:30)
Les Fables de la Fontaine (12-2:30)
      Chez Denise
      L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon (11:30-3:30)

        My monday list includes:
        - Au Bon Accueil
        - Joséphine Chez Dumonet
        - Chez Denise
        - Fish
        - Christophe
        - Le Cinq
        - La Grande Cascade
        - La Table de JR
        - Ledoyen
        - Pierre Gagnaire
        - L'Arpège

I'm not sure why you would limit yourself to one star. Michelin stars do not reflect a price level, just a cooking level.
