Anyone know details on Ocean restaurant replacing Chow? (YVR)

A good indicator that work has been busy is when you don't notice a restaurant like Chow closing in Vancouver. Had no idea until I walked by today and noticed the new sign that read Ocean. Anybody know who has taken over the space and what the food will be like? A quick google search gave no details...
