Downtown Detroit w/Vegetarian choices

We'll be in downtown Detroit tonight with our daughter(home from college until tomorrow) and her friend who are both vegetarian. Her dad and I eat everything. Need a restaurant with plenty of both choices. My first thought was Angelina but looking at the menu, not sure if there are enough choices for daughter's friend. Thanks!

How about the new Shangri La on Cass where Twingos used to be ? Was just there for lunch today . We only had dim sum ( which was fabulous ) but didn't have all that many strictly vegetarian other than fried spicy tofu , which was great . They do have an entire separate entree and appetizer menu which had a good looking and fairly sizable vegetarian sections . Service wasn't perfect , ( someone didn't get their bubble tea ) but they were otherwise friendly and knowledgeable , and the food was really great . We had no problem getting a good table at noon on a Saturday , but I have heard from someone who went earlier in the week that they left because the wait was too long . Sometimes a long wait is a good sign .

Thanks for your replies. I posted my question quite late in the day, before I got any answers. We ended up going to Angelina Bistro which was great. But I will definitely consider your suggestions in the future. Thanks!

The Traffic Jam & Snug always has some vegetarian choices. Guarded parking at night is a plus. Another idea--drive to Dearborn and hit one of the big Middle Eastern places. Plenty of veggie foods there.
