Good Eats in Escazu, Costa Rica?

I'll be staying 2 nights at the Hotel Beacon in Escazu next week and am looking for lunch and dinner recommendations nearby. Most of us are pretty adventurous and I'm looking for local cuisine.

    1. there is a really nice Peruvian restaurant on the shopping plaza across from the Marriott Courtyard...try the causa.
