Upscale private dining for a group of about 15 - 20

Any suggestions for upscale private dining for a group of 15 - 20? Something in the range of 75 - 125 dollars per person (not including drinks) and in a room that needs little in the way of decor. I would prefer a restaurant in DC proper, but would be happy with somewhere right outside of DC in either VA or MD.

There are a lot of great private rooms in dc. Not sure if you have found somewhere but here are a couple good one: Bobby Van's Grill, Capital Grille, Central and Becks.

Well, we had a great dinner for our rehearsal dinner at Addie's in Rockville. I'd consider that on your list, but also BlackSalt (at the time their private rooms hadn't been finished - so I can't say anything beyond that I love the restaurant overall).
