A Poor Thanksgiving

I have been to numerous steakhouses in Manhattan and Long Isand. On the few occasions when I have had to send a steak back I have never been refused.
The other night at Aged (which happened to be Thanksgiving), I received my steak... covered and drowning in butter. The menu did not mention this extra ingredient and neither did the waiter. I asked the waiter nicely to please give me a new, non buttery steak. He absolutely refused, took the steak, WASHED it... and returned it to me, wet, gray and still reeking of butter. If it were not for a decent crabcake appetizer I would give this restaurant zero stars. For the prices, the rudeness and the food, I would tell anyone to find another steakhouse.
