that's a twin pack. each sleeve has about 20 sheets.

according to the info on this link, there are 40 sheets in a one pound package.
20 per 8 oz sleeve, but 40 per pound.

You are correct for their twin package. The sheets in this twin packaging are 9'x14"; their standard 14" x18" single package yields 20 sheets in their website. I've always gotten a few more. I like the thinner sheets in the Apollo brand and get about 28 sheets of 14"x18". I hope this clear the confusion.
