A great ciabatta bread!

Over the last few months, our family have been hooked on Grilled Cheese for our Saturday Lunch... And as we grow more creative, we've tried it with IGA's ciabatta bread. Amazing result.

Anyone else have tried that bread? Any Grilled Cheese recipes to share...

There's a nice ciabatta bread at Fino (Sherbrooke near Guy) for $3.00.

I don't know Fino. Are they a bakery? A gourmet/fine food store?

A gourmet/fine food take out establishment. They also have a restauran below I believe.

Boulangerie Roma on St. Laurent in Little Italy has a decent ciabbata. Like baguette though they must pretty much be eaten in the first 24 hours.
