Had a chance to try this new waffle emporium today. Excellent all the way around! Perfect waffles, which they indicated they will always make to order. Take that, Arosa-who-makes-batches-of-ten-at-a-time,-no-matter-what-the-level-of-demand! (but who are nevertheless as sweet as can be)

Nice decor and friendly staff, too. A shame that it's right across the street from my office . . . .

Thanks for this info. I walked by them over the weekend but they were closed, and don't have a menu in the window, so I couldn't find out what they were all about.
