Vegas - High End Dining Deals

I was reading an article on MSNBC the other day and it was talking about great dining deals at different restaurants. DB at the Wynn had like $20 off their prix fix menu before 7pm, craft at mgm had a rediculous low priced prix fix winter tasting menu. Does anyone know of any other palces? I remember reading something about Joel Robuchon back in the spring on Bloomberg.com about a special menu as well. I'm heading out in a couple weeks because the prices are extremely low on everything and want to see what the best high end dining deals are. I couldn't find much that talked about these on the website so didn't know if there was anyone in the know that could help.
