Repeat SOS re Cookie Sheets

Let me try again. I have Emeril cookie sheets and want to buy some more as a gift but they are no longer available. However, somebody manufactured them for Emeril and I am trying to track them down via manufacturer. Does anybody recognize a heavy-gauge cookie sheet with a pattern of crisscross diagonal lines making a million little bitty diamonds on the surface? I read somewhere that Vollrath made them. Does anybody know about this?
