Check out the new Black Shack Burger place, it is really good. The Western burger is great and the mozzerella sandwich rocks!!

Black Shack Burger on Lex off 39th is the only new place I know of. Has anyone tried it yet?
Otherwise for lunch: El Rio Grande, Dukes, Byblos, Hane, Hudson Place, Penelope's first come to mind but I am sure there are lots more.

i tried going on sunday night, but they were closed.

midtown lunch has a good review of it.
