Diemond Farm Turkey

I pIcked up my turkey yesterday from my local store who orders them from Diemand Farm in Wendell MA. I have not cooked it yet but boy does it look nice!!! Have others gotten turkeys from this farm in the past - thoughts? I am hoping it tastes as good as it looks!
