Restaurant near Parade Balloon Inflation?

My husband and I will be going to see the balloon inflation on Central Park West & Columbus Avenue (between 77th & 81st). I work downtown and am not familiar with many restaurants uptown. Can you give us any recommendations? We're fine with paying up to $30 for entrees. We like just about all types of food. Thanks in advance!

Arte Cafe does a tasty chicken parm if you're in the mood- but anywhere you go should make a reservation as this part of town gets packed on Wednesday evening.
