M & M Meatshops have them (frozen). I'm sorry I can't help with a bakery that does them but I'm guessing somewhere on Granville Island would have them...

La Patisserie Bordeaux on Alma and Chef Claire's over on Main St. Latter was 2 years ago so not sure if it still true.
