Copeland at the Westin is one or two exits south of Rt. 10...and since it's in a hotel, I'm betting they're open. Same with Rod's at the Madison Hotel, although that's a bit further south (off the Morristown exit).
It would help to know if you're willing to be within, say, a 5-mile radius, what your price point is, do you want something family-friendly or is it all adults, and whether or not you want traditional a T-Day meal...
