Bialy's on South Shore of Nassau County?
Folks,
I live in Long Beach and I'm looking for good bialy's in the nearby towns? I was able to find a pack of Kossar's a year or so ago, but forget where.
Any help on fresh bialys or packaged Kossar's?
Thanks

Of course people eat bialys. You can usually find them fresh at the homemade bagel stores but i personally don't know of any to recommend because I usually just end up getting a bagel.

bagel boss has locations all over nassau and they usually have them but you might call first.

There is only one place to get bialies. Kossar's on the LES. Every month when I go to the city I bring some back. Best fresh, freeze well (but must be toasted).

I don't know about shipping bialys. I eat or freeze them the same day I buy them.
PS I guess I need to learn how to spell bialys :)

A bialy, Trader Joe's and Astoria (no good Greek food here) courier service :)
My freezer is full of Kossar's otherwise I'd buy some when I'm in the city next Wednesday.
Might have to have one for breakfast now . . .
