Craving Falafal Around K St.

I'm craving falafel for lunch today but I don't know where I can get it around 17th and K St.

I could go to the new take-out spot near Eli's but that is a little far to walk for lunch today. Is there anywhere closer where I can get delicious falafel?

Btw for people thinking about starting up a new food truck---this would be a grand idea!

Never even heard of that place. Is it new?

I ended up walking in the pouring rain to Moby Dick's, the craving was that strong. The falafel sandwich was HUGE! Pretty good....not nearly as good as Amsterdam Falafel though.

It originated in Europe. I used to eat at them all the time when I lived abroad. In the past few years they opened up in Philly and NYC. When I used to live there it was by far one of the best deals around.

This falafal is better than Amsterdam Falafal, and the salad bar is loads better. The owners are also much nicer (I feel the owners of AF try to skimp their customers a lot making--another post). This place is VERY reasonable and good.

Sounds great! Can't wait to try it. They have a cute website too btw.
