Harold & Belle's bread pudding

Went to Harold & Belle's 40th anniversary, and now need to duplicate their bread pudding so as to ensure the continued presence of a lady. Does anyone have an idea about the recipe? I can't even begin to think what sort of bread they use. Much appreciated!

I can't tell you what goes in that bread pudding, but it's a great one. Love the bourbon sauce. Nice big portion of it too. I always keep from stuffing myself too much to save room for it.
