Looking for a nice intimate reasonably priced restaurant with great food! for a birthday dinner for 4 adults. Any type of cuisine. Downtown Vancouver or Burnaby area.

            1. Nuba's restaurant location on West Hastings is a great place because the food is tasty, fairly priced and has a great selection for different palates. They even have live music there some nights! http://tinyurl.com/yfqsvz5

                              Good rec on Pear Tree - It's been a long time for me, but it is intimate and the food and service are topnotch.

                                  OP didn't ask for quiet -- I would call Chambar intimate but that's a matter of opinion.
