Can you tell me if these wines are any good?
i was help packing up a friend today and these were several bottle of wine/champagne on counter and she took me to take them if i wanted...well, of course i wanted! i have no idea about any of them. some are pretty old, and i dont know if that means they will be GREAT or gross....? any info would be appreciated.

The short answer is 'no', I can't tell you if they're good.
There are (at least) 2 things which determine if a wine is 'good'.
(1) Was it good to begin with, i.e., when it was put in the bottle?
(2) What's happened to it since?
Of course, even if the answer to both is a thumbs up, you might not like it.
Pull some corks and see.

As stated, it will depend. Much of this will depend on what was put into the bottle, and much might depend on how these wines were stored, and handled.
Uncork each one, with some friends, but have backups available. I'd give the possilbe nod to the Clos du Bois, but could be wrong about it, depending on the storage.
Enjoy, and please update the thread, when you do drink these. Remember the backups!
