Savory Sweet Potato Dish in a crockpot

Everyone has been so helpful with my other posts--I figure I will throw this one out to the chowhounders as well! I am looking for a recipe for a savory sweet potato dish that can be made in a crockpot.

As an alternative, I love roasted sweet potatoes but with the oven being taken up by the turkey, I won't have time to roast them Thursday. I don't think that microwaving roasted sweet potatoes to warm them up would work.......would it?

Ideas anyone?

Thanks again!

Loretta....would plain old roasted sweets be okay? Did you know that you can "bake" potatoes in the crockpot instead of using your oven? I have done this, living in SW Florida with heat and humidity during the summer that really makes you NOT want to use the oven because the a/c runs triple-time when you do use the oven! You can stand the sweet potatoes up to fit.well, oh, perhaps five or six sweet potatoes? Depends on the size of your crockpot...mine is an OLD Rival, vertical-cylindrical style, very old school. How many are you providing for? You might also check out this website: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/
She has a sweet potato recipe which includes cumin and lime juice! I have not tried it but it sounds very good!
