willett house cattle feed?
doe ayone know what they get fed? i had called them a couple days ago actually, and the man who answered couldn't tell me, and told me to call back when the chef gets back. so i just called now, and he said the chef doesnt know, nor do their purveyors. now, i rarely eat meat, let alone steak, but don't you think they should at least know what kind of feed their freakin cattle eat, esp when you're shelling out that kind of $$ (and in this day and age when (i hope) folks want to know mre about the food they may ingest)?! after that he said their fed grain, but almost seemed bothered at my asking. i then proceeded to ask about seafood specials, and i asked if they had any fish from the U.S., and he said he didn't know where their seafood came from either! i dunno, that just really bothers me. i will ask my waiter though, and see what he has to say.
