Hi,
I'll be in Philadelphia for Thanksgiving and was wondering if there were some stellar cocktails bars that couldn't be missed. Something like Pegu Club, PDT n Milk and Honey in NYC!!

Not familiar with those bars in NYC but look into:
Southwark
APO
Franklin Mortgage & Investments
Chick's
I also really like the cocktails at Zahav (Israeli), Xochitl (Mexican), and Tequila's (Mexican); those are restaurants with bars and have creative cocktails.

A good list and I particularly second The Franklin, based on what the OP described. For restaurants with good cocktails, I haven't been to Chick's since Katie left, but have enjoyed her creations at The Oyster House, while also having an excellent meal. And there's always a visit to (hopefully next Iron Chef) Jose Garces' Village Whiskey.

I'd put the Franklin, Village Whiskey, and the Oyster House at the top of my list, too.

I had a delicious pisco sour at Chifa the other night.
Southwark has an extensive rye and gin selection. Definitely fun to sit and watch them craft cocktails.

BarryG's list is perfect, stick with that. My best friend loves Pegu Club in NYC and her favorite bar in Philadelphia is Southwark, and is a big fan of Franklin.
