Where should I eat in the George Bush Airport/Houston Area?

I'll be in the Houston area on business and would like to hit a few "must try" or "should try" restaurants, diners, etc while I"m there. I'm staying near George Bush Airport. Thanks for your suggestions.

Jimmy G's Seafood on Sam Houston Parkway is good and close. I took my brother there, he was in town on business a while back, and he liked it. It was food he grew up on and cannot get in Kansas City.

Chez Nous is superb.

One suugestion is Chez Nous, which is quite near the airport, in Humble. A quaint converted home serving what I thought was great classic French food, which my brother and I both ennjoyed when we ate there several years ago and he also was staying at the airport.
