My fiance and I had already eaten a pretty lousy and overpriced breakfast at the Carroll Gardens diner on Smith, otherwise we definitely would have stopped by because their brunch menu looked really nice (as did the dinner and lunch menus). Most of the food is a american proteins prepared in "classical french" style with a slight asian twist (ie: a sashimi of the day, buerre blanc).
