Or is it Le Grande? And where is La Grande, anyway..? Somewhere near Fresno or Merced, I assume, since he was in that neck of the woods...

Anyway, he said to tell all the central valley hounds (I guess this means you, Susan) that its definitely worth the stop!

Actually, it is Le Grand, and it is between Planada and Madera/Fresno. A bit off the beaten track but sounds like it is worth checking out! Do you know what he tried? What we really need is a taste off between Ramon's Taco Truck in Planada, and Armando's in Le Grand. Ok, I will be on it, soon!

Well, you do need a taste-off...since hubby sticks to chicken as his taco meat....shunning the good stuff - (lengua, carnitas, etc...). But interestingly enough, what he REALLY raved about was the vegetarian quesadilla stuffed with various chopped and sauted veggies and cheese.....said it was to die for! Also, he really liked their salsa verde......
