seeking a new non stick pan for cookign eggs, pancakes and sauting veggies....
been looking at the calphalon brand...
any help appreciated. looking to spend less than 60 a pan
thanks for your help
I have a "Simply Calphalon" (the discount line) 8" omelet that I use for 2-egg omelets. I love it. If you do 3 egg omelets, I would go with something bigger.
I use it for cooking lots of things, and I never use metal utensils or put it in the dishwasher. Its worn well IMO.
I think any nonstick pan will do. There is no reason to buy really a sturdy construction pan because the weakness link will the nonstick surface. For example, All Clad LTD nonstick is probably unnecessary.
You probably do want a nonstick pan for sauting. It defeats the whole purpose of sauteing.
