Anchovy Stuffed Olives
Are these eaten chilled or straight from the bottle? Any suggestions on cheese to serve with these olives? Sharon

I love anchovies and I love olives. Straight from the bottle for me.
Although in mixed company, you could serve them with feta or ricotta cheese.

The only thing I do with anchovy olives is to use them in arroz con pollo or paella. They're great, but even better when their strong flavor is tempered with heat.

A classic. Aceitunas rellenas de anchoa. Best straight from the can. Go Spanish tapas the whole way. Queso manchego and then add chorizo, the Spanish kind, and jamon serrano. Whole Foods and other upscale markets will have Manchego and maybe a domestic chorizo.
