    1. The dish that haunts me is the Blanquette de veau with pappardelle at Le Chat, Cosne sur Loire.

                Do you mean the Blanche market or the Auguste Blanqui market?
                Hell, am going up there this morning to look for sliced ham calling my name.

                    Blanqui, the charcutier who is the most bottom at the market. He also has Rillettes d'oie that are not half bad. And sausages as I like them.

                    And by the way, the bakery just at the corner is really good, too.
