I have no clue why. However, it seems like they are trying to stick pretty close to the food served at the Memphis location. So, I was just wondering if Chowhounds who have been to the Memphis location have tips on the best things to order ... or things to avoid. I know there are other good bbq joints in Memphis, but because we only have Tom's out here, that is all I'm interested in.
